Who we are

This website is operated by BOZZ TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ A.Ş. (“BozzAgro”), office: Kazımiye Mah. Dumlupınar Cad. No:6/18B, Çorlu / Tekirdağ, Türkiye. BozzAgro is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you send the contact / partner form we receive what you enter: name, company, country, business type, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional) and your message. With it we store the page language, the time of the request, the approximate country of your connection and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to block abuse and repeated spam). We never store your IP address itself.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your partner or distribution enquiry, to prepare offers and samples, and to manage any business relationship that follows. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)).

How it is stored and shared

Form submissions are stored in a database at Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and delivered to our mailbox at Zoho Mail. Our team also receives a short internal notification of a new enquiry that does not include your email address or phone number. We share data only with these service providers, strictly to handle your request, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Cloudflare and Zoho may process data outside Türkiye; such transfers are made in line with KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it. Turnstile is loaded only when you reach the form and processes technical signals from your browser for this purpose; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Visitor statistics

We count page views with our own privacy-friendly statistics. They use no cookies and store no IP addresses: a visitor is recognised for one day only, by a hash that is re-salted every day and cannot be reversed or linked across days. We record the page, referring site, approximate country/city, device type and browser. Statistics are kept for about 13 months. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is also cookieless, may provide aggregate traffic figures.

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them and to manage any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records of business dealings are kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the rights listed in Art. 11 KVKK and may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, in the EU/UK, to your local data protection authority.
